Who we are

ZONK is made by Wizard Tower Games. "We" and "us" on this page mean Wizard Tower Games.

Playing ZONK

The free dungeons are free for anyone to play in a browser, for personal, non-commercial use. Other dungeons come with a subscription or can be bought on their own. We may add, change or retire dungeons and features over time.

Your account

Give a real email address, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. One account per person. You're responsible for what's done with your account.

Subscriptions and purchases

Payments are taken by Stripe. A subscription opens the dungeons it covers for as long as it stays active, and you can cancel it at any time; it then runs to the end of the period you've paid for. A dungeon bought on its own stays open on your account.

Fair play

Don't attack, overload or try to break into the site or the game servers, don't tamper with other players' accounts or saves, and don't use the site to send spam. Portraits and names you add to your heroes must be yours to use and must not be offensive. We can close accounts that break these rules.

What belongs to whom

The ZONK game, its dungeons, art, music and words belong to Wizard Tower Games. You may share screenshots and videos of your games. Portraits you upload stay yours; you let us store them so they can appear in your saved games.

No guarantees

We work to keep ZONK running and your games saved, but the site and game are provided as they are, without warranty. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for lost progress, downtime, or anything else arising from using ZONK.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a big change we'll say so on the site, and playing on afterwards means you accept it. Questions? Contact us. Last updated 30 October 2026.
